I got to about page 40 and just could not go any further. Someone should have told us it's geared for YOUNG people. It really did not keep my attention at all. Enjoyed this series. Never let down by Janet Evanovich books. I will try something else by Lee Goldberg in the future.
This is the best Evanovich series. The main characters are fun, developed and the pace is great. There is some great humour along the way. The 2nd book was less good than the others, but I liked the series so much I bought it for my mother for Mother's Day.
These books feature a lot of international travel, so I'd recommend them for vacation reading. The plots and characters are fun, not too deep or disturbing.
Good escape-from-reality stories..quick reading, but not much substance, character development or plot in any of the stories.
What a well researched, twist & turn slightly romantic mystery! Clean language, Evanovich humor throughout.
